  2. Where my cousin lived in the US, they installed cctv after many accidents near the school. The parents demonstrated to have them removed, as its against the constitution 🙄 The death rate went back up again. So fines for speeding via cameras, certainly work for reducing deaths.

  3. The driving test is a huge factor. Training, theory test and a strict final test. Vs driving with your mum for a bit, then a 15 minute test in a school carpark.
