  1. I really appreciate Kate's honesty about the first days struggles. I'm a woman myself and I have the same problem at taking care of myself and being a perfectionist, and I have wondered if the protocol was OK for women too because it's a fact that there are some differences based on sex. Thank you for this video, it's inspiring

  2. ​​ @opensocietyenjoyer Not in every country: I live in a Mediterranean country and we have healthy food, which is delicious and not that expensive. Prices have been higher lately, but you can still buy healthy veggies and fruit and they are delicious
