Simply put, you cannot know if someone is a narcissist or a sociopath without having actually met that person and talked to him/her/them. So it's quite disappointing and disheartening seeing a lot of people using these clinical words, that should be used just form people who work in the field, like if they were insulting someone. Another thing to note is exactly this: narcissism is a personality disorder and should never be used to insult people. You would never use another medical word against people, right? So the same is for the narcissistic personality disorder and other terms used too easily by people who think know everything just because they read it on the internet. This is not how it works
