  2. Good afternoon so where is this farmers market at? I am half Polish half Italian so I got the best of both worlds. Yeah I eat perogies all the time my mom used to make them with potato and cheese and onion inside and then you put him in butter and onions after you boil them and then she would also make him with prunes and then she would also do some with sauerkraut and potato inside like the guy said it's the Polish version of a ravioli. The dough is made with sour cream ,flour ,butter the biggest thing is when you make them you have to make sure that you crimped them really tight so they don't open up when you boil them you boil them for about 3 to 4 minutes you drain them and then you take and put them in skillet with butter and onions and you saute them and then you pour it all onto a plate and some people serve it with sour cream on the side. And the Scotch eggs I can't tell you how many I made in the meat market you take a hard boiled egg boil it peel it you rap country style sausage around it totally encase the egg with the sausage then dip it in flour then dip it in egg then dip it in bread crumbs and make sure it's really sealed up good with the bread crumbs and then you deep fry until there probably 4 to 5 minutes till the sausage is cooked inside they're really good you would enjoy that and then you put a little bit of hot sauce and some people put mustard with it wow sorry I was long winded today. Bravo 👍👍 those are easier than what I used to do I had a diner in Stone Mountain when I moved to Georgia my cousin and I opened it and I used to make what they called a southern cat head biscuits where you use bisquick and buttermilk mix it up and use the number 4 ice cream scoop they would come out big and ugly but boy were they delicious I would have big old construction worker guys come in and I served country Ham with red eye gravy but I also had a breakfast for 99 cents 2 eggs, toast or biscuit ,grits or home fries this was also in 1984 but anyway I'm gonna have to try those biscuits out. I call that hangover pot pie I did that once I was hungover really bad after a Christmas party at all these leftovers and did the same thing using the stove top stuffing leftover Turkey gravy vegetables and baked it.   10. Happy anniversary and many more 🎉🎉🎉🎂 Wow that looks really good looks like it took you all day to make. What I've done now when I make my chicken and dumplings I buy a rotisserie chicken I put the whole chicken in the pot with the broth and let it simmer for about a half hour then I pick all the chicken off the bone headed back to the pot I had did it by mistake one day and the flavor that it gave was off the chart so now that's the way I do it but I like that idea of the biscuits I gotta try that and I normally use bisquick as always great video stay safe stay strong stay healthy and enjoy life ✌❤👍👨‍🍳🎅🚌

When I was married my wife and I were gonna get a bullmastiff the one we were looking at he was 220 something pounds but it was at a dog show in a tent and it was in July it was hot and when he stood up the drool that came out of his mouth would have filled up a 32 ounce slushy cup I looked at my wife my wife looked at me at the boat same time we shook our heads hell no. Good luck on keto I was on it for a year and a half but my gallbladder and pancreas said no more anyway still have not gotten any news the big info appointment is on August 1st that's when he's gonna tell me about what it is totally and treatment all the tests will be done by then I still have a couple tests to take you know hurry up and wait. I give you a thumbs up that looks really delicious I'm working on a Jack fruit Italian casserole where the jackfruit is the meat the whole thing will be vegetarian it won't be vegan because there will be eggs and cheese in it but it will be 100% vegetarian when I'm going to use is the instant pot so it's a one pot meal.   25. Hello thank you so much for subscribing to my channel, I just subscribed to yours and yeah I would love to get with you and doing some cooking. Funny that I found this video of yours, my mom used to make fried cabbage and egg noodles .What she would do is during the week we would have steamed cabbage and then she would just boil up the egg noodles first pan fry the cabbage with butter in a cast iron skillet add the cooked noodles and cook until you got some Brown on the noodles and the cabbage that was it that was a Friday night lent meal. I'm hoping that the electrical that I have in the bus I will be able to use my insta pot I will use it a lot. My mom would also sometimes put in kebiasie or sweet Italian sausage with the fried cabbage and noodles when we were allowed to eat meat. Hell yeah definitely could where those vents are if they open and close I would close them and I would put on the side or in the back of the building I would put a I got a brain for it I can't remember the name of the fan the one that opens and closes that rain won't get in but I also would put on the back of it I would put a drain pipe to catch the water for water catchment and use that for cooking and cleaning and then use bottled water for drinking and cooking. And if you put solar panels like 400 or 800 watts on the roof and get one of those blue yetis or one of those bigger boys you'd have enough power to run a TV refrigerator probably even a small AC yeah if you had a good view out the front you could put one of those screen magnetic screens I would love to put that on a piece of land facing a lake like what I got now but I'm in a house and I my porch faces the lake we have a dock and everything but nice video. By the way I go to my surgeon tomorrow went to the radiologist today and he is happy as hell the way it looks so now we get the surgeon to sign off and he goes in and takes it out I hope with a couple treatments I'll be cancer free God bless y'all stay safe stay strong stay healthy and enjoy life✌✌🎅

Second being a senior citizen on Social Security right now just my rent eats half of my Social Security up then you have insurance, prescription, medical bills, food that is why I am seriously thinking oh selling everything that's worth anything seeing that I'm a pack rat and going small into a van to live full time I feel my quality of life will be better I'm trapped in my house because I can't do nothing I'll go nowhere because I can't afford it. And now that I'm older I wanna see things I wanna do things so it's not being worthless going into a van it's actually being enriched in life. I feel like a prisoner in my apartment and I am now fighting a medical battle I will win with Jesus help but I want you to enjoy life until he calls me home. So for the person that made that comment there's an old southern word mind ya in other words mind your own business. And me going out on the road I want to help teach cooking to homeless and our vets on how to cook in small spaces eating nutritional food not junk food out of a fast food because it's cheap. I'm glad you found stonewalls products the bacon onion jam if you take it mix it with some ground beef and make burgers and then take and put a little bit in a saute pan with fresh mushrooms and onions and cook them and top the burgers OMG. I'm going to exclude myself from your contest because being a professional chef but I will tell you every product Stonewall puts out it's phenomenal I used to sell it in all the meat stores I ran and the one I owned I carried a complete line of their products. But here's a freebie recipe for the fig jam in a bowl mix 4 tablespoons of the jam, quarter cup of balsamic vinegar, quarter cup of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste also chopped two cloves of fresh garlic mix well put over peeled fresh beets roast at 350 for 45 minutes or until the beets are roasted thoroughly. Put the roasted beets in the refrigerator overnight or until they get cold then put a bed of arugula salad down on a plate slice your beets, add topped with thin sliced red onion and you can use blue cheese if you like or goat cheese I've even used the BOURSIN herb cheese. Save the drippings from the roasted BEETS you can put it in a blender the juice or in a bowl but you want to mix it really well with couple tablespoons of yogurt. Then drizzle that over the whole plate. The three bean salad look good but unfortunately that's one salad I'm not too fond of.   40. Hello sweet this month hasn't gone too good trying to get the strength up to be able to walk by myself. It seems one of the Cancer drugs messed with my adrenal gland I took away all my energy that's why I passed out at the house my blood pressure bottomed out,I had to go to the hospital I was there two and a half weeks then they brought me here to this rehab center which is really nice and they're treating Santa very good if I feel I can do it by myself I may be able to go home next Monday the 12th you are so right the rich get richer and the poor get poorer and the old people get kicked to the curb. Happy one year anniversary🎉🎉🎂 I also have a tip for you on your beans living in a van you don't wanna use a lot of dishes or bowl ETC open your can of beans dump them into a zip lock bag drain the liquid from them back into the can close the zip lock bag use your jar of sauce or even your hand to smash the beans then if you need more liquid you have bean liquid in the can and if you don't you need the liquid you can dispose of both at the same time and you haven't dirtied up a bowl and save the bag to put your leftover meat mixture into. Those tacos looked really really good as you know I'm doing a lot of veggie Stuff now.✌❤💪👨‍🍳🎅🚌🙏
