I almost bought a tiny home about 10 years ago I have a friend of mine that just finished his he left yesterday to start traveling with it full time living. Have another friend that built one and it's a mobile barbershop up in Boston area. I think they're fantastic but they sure went up in price now that they're getting to be wanted.
