  2. Sir Keith really is a dimwit. (Especially his comment about "money [ie, funding] is not important.] 😏 What does Sir Keith think everybody is striking about right now, then?? And yes: certainly for new technology we will need new money coming in to the NHS. Starmer has obviously been INSTRUCTED to say a line like this by his puppet masters. To "manage expectations", as it were. 😏 But then, he has made all these promises involving new technology and new targets. They're not bad targets either, some of them!! But IS Starkers so dumb, as to think that the NHS DOESN'T need new cash to meet these new targets? ISN'T he worried about "disappointing people", to use another Labour phrase? 😏😏
