And, almost certainly, an offender against the law: because legal structures must apply to party internal elections (which decide who is to be up for general election) as well as to public elections!! Else nobody in a democracy need bother: because it is then a corruptocracy. YES: UNISON SHOULD deny the Labour Party funding!
