You should read that autobiographical essay he wrote, largely about his time as a "scholarship boy" at a private boarding school; how he hated it; the snobbery and how the headmistress (or headmaster's wife, I forget which) discriminated against the poorer boys and fawned all over the rich ones! I forget what the title is, but you can definitely find it free online. Have a Google.

  4. So critical race theory = separatism & nationalism, basically. 😏 NOT something that is very good for the world, nor something that is really viable in the United States of America. And Marx never said that oppression was fundamentally based on race: so if these people call themselves "Marxist", it must be about on the same level as White supremacists calling themselves "Christian". 😏
