  1. I'll say this again: There are too many ads on this channel, which detracts from it's interestingness. Anyway. I think that Dexter (certainly in the books) is lying to himself. His major motive is NOT to protect others by killing evil doers. (That's just what his dad dinned into him.) I believe he is a power-oriented serial killer. As most sophisticated criminal psychopaths would be.
