  7. @RobinHarris-nf4yv  "Full employment" in a socialist or social democratically run society would mean, a reasonably-paid job for everyone who wants one. "A million job vacancies" probably consists largely of underpaid and part-time jobs which aren't really worth doing for the worker. Or zero hours contracts or something like that. (The latter which Starmer's Labour have thankfully said they intend to do away with.) The rest of the unfulfilled jobs are probably for workers of which we don't have enough with the sufficient training, and who take years to train. Like nurses, for example. Hence the need for qualified immigrants.
