This was a weird thumbnail: with little connection to the actual content, as per usual! 😏 There is a reason why women in particular should "wipe from front to back": it is to avoid getting vaginal infections. Nothing to do with giardia! But if you're a man, and your girlfriend has come back from holiday violently ill; and instead of encouraging her to go to the doctor, you instead have oral sex with her... Well, that just makes you stupid!
