  3. This is a great update on a great story, which I also had already heard of! Thanks for giving us a heads-up on the update! 🙂👍 Here's my take 🙂: This Welsh council are going to be the defendants in this civil case. Supposing they don't WANT to be sued for multimillions? Supposing they don't want to risk the council going bankrupt? Supposing, conversely, the council members are tempted by the idea of 10% of those 800 bitcoin?? And the idea of their little town, becoming, conversely, "Dubai"? Supposing there is pressure for the "Dubai gamble" from local voters? 🙂 Most civil lawsuits are resolved by reaching a settlement. Why doesn't the council just settle to have the dump excavated? Lots less legal fees... 🙂
