A British-born citizen should not be stripped of their citizenship!! As far as I know, there is no such punishment under law. A judge cannot condemn you to it. This is purely a political decision made for political convenience. (And I barely know who this guy is.) That's not the point. Principle is at stake here - unless you want those who govern you to have the powers of tyrants - Anyone reading this who is American should think of your Revolution and your Constitution!! It is illegal to leave someone stateless under international law. So Theresa Crocodile Tears May just barely stayed on the right side of the international legal fence there - or did she?! What do the Canadians think - as she has used the convenience of dual citizenship with them to pull this off; much as Sajid Javid used the fraud of "Pakistani citizenship" to kill that woman's baby!! 😡 Personally I think we should be able to banish Theresa May and all the elite who annoy us. Watched it now to the end. The parents make some very good legal and constitutional points. They are obviously just being persecuted by Sajid Javid and the Tory Government. (And before anyone says "serves Jack right": I remember newspaper stories from the late 80s/early 90s, praising all sorts of Western misfits, British, Americans, Europeans and what have you, for going out to Afghanistan and signing up to fight for the Taliban!! Because THEY "were on OUR side" back then!! According to official propaganda. 😏 Anyone here reading this is naive and ignorant if you don't realise this.)

Did he NOT have "citizenship by right of birth"?? He LOOKS both white enough and British enough to me!! May has used dual citizenship as an excuse... I hope someone uses something like that against her one day. Sick of tyrants.

Exactly!! Never heard of a judicial punishment in English common law called "losing your citizenship". Governmental tyrannical ploy!! 👎
