You've taught me a new bit of French vocab there! 🙂👍 So much nicer when it comes from a real person and not from YouTube. 👍 I did A level French, many years ago now but I have a good memory for learning. But my syllabus never covered the word "weather vane". Shame: its obviously useful in politics! I know the word for blacksmith, though, from the Astérix BDs. It's "le forgeron". 🙂 Can't remember the word for "druid", though! 😄

@davidmcintyre8145 Right on! 👍 (Not sure about "elements from left and right", however: as I don't think that such coalitions can ever coexist, let alone succeed: their philosophies are diametrically opposed. Jimmy Dore might think that, but I don't! 🙂 Maybe more "elements from left and centre"? Only they'd have to be GENUINE centrists, not neoliberals! Neoliberals took over all the powerful posts in the Labour Party: and we see what THAT led to! 😏)
