  2. There have been SO many abusive institutions in the US like that... Some they even farmed out abroad, to the Caribbean or Eastern Europe. The Czech government had to close down at least one like that!

  10. ​ @annmareeofoz Yes: and it's only when SHE spoke out, that the "troubled teen industry" really got criticised in the mainstream media, bar a few newspaper articles. The storm lived exclusively on message boards for YEARS before that! Oh - and have you ever read thestraights website? It's still findable online.. 🙂
