  1. Why are not all these cases of government abuse prosecutable/prosecuted, especially in rich, non-Third-World countries? I had no idea that prison conditions in Japan could be so terrible! (I only know about that Japanese man who could escape any prison. 😏) As for the USA: I have known for a long time that it should be ashamed of itself. If I were the families of these abuse victims, I would shoot the perpetrators. Or seriously consider it. 😡 Time for prison reform now. And for the UN to get involved in all these cases. 😡
