No wonder the Orientals/Chinese got themselves a reputation for insane cruelty... 🙄 This is WAY worse than anything the ancient Romans did.. 😏 Oh yeah, apart from Caligula.. 😏 WHY would you as a victim, cooperate in this kind of thing??? Unless it was, indeed, to save members of his own family. :P I tell you what an ancient Norseman would do. Demand a sword or an axe, and FIGHT to the death! That's the only way in which to enter Valhalla! 😡
