  1. Great video, sensitive and well-explained. I'm glad you emphasised the ECONOMIC underpinnings of this all as well, including after the end of slavery. BUT. WHEN you quote from an important scholarly work, that is important enough to show to people on your video: PLEASE do not just "Waggle" it around briefly, so that it's a blur: then uselessly show us its back: while you mumble the names of the authors, but omit the BOOK TITLE! Jeez! 😏 You made it really hard for me to Google the book. I managed it, but not without stopping the video about 10 times. 🙄
