  16.  @davidmiller7771  Wouldn't give governments enough time to get anything done. (Could try 2-year mid-terms, and recall elections, like they have in the US.) BUT if you want "government by referendum" - aka mob rule - we tried that with Brexshit, and saw how that went... 😏
