  1. The tax increase shouldn't have been on the average worker (via freezing the tax allowance) and on small businesses (via employers' national insurance rise). It should have been on the rich! The top rate of tax should have been raised to at least 50%, as it was under Gordon Brown. Rachel Reeves has messed up! 👎 #ReevesOut
