  1. I don't currently have a TV set. And therefore haven't paid a license fee for years.) But if I did get one - and used it solely to watch a "cable" subscription package such as NOW TV - would THEY SAY I needed a license?? (I'm sure I really wouldn't, because wasn't this all covered by a test case involving a man and his video recorder, which he said he used only to watch prerecorded videos, back in the 1980s??)
