(I came to this video from a link on a comment on an article found via Google which was about YouTube's recent change to their rules on who they allow to have ads on their channels. (You gotta have 1000 subscribers, and loads of views now. I do think it rather goes against small creators...) Anyway: does this channel have a comment or a video on the new YT rules? I tell you what I really want to ask you! I loved the cute yet slick video. Can you recommend a tool which allows beginners to produce such neat simple animations? (To create their own original content for their own channel?) I found one that allows you to create digital whiteboards. But not a really great one for animations.
