  1. The sun is so much more important than we realise. My Grandad suffered terrible pain and eventually moved to sunnier climes. This has helped him exponentially. Where possible, sit in the garden. Get as much sun exposure as possible. You don't have to walk, just sit or lay there. Grounding is also important. Barefoot on grass, even if only sitting on a chair, will definitely benefit.
