  1. Men are just more prone to doing things in the heat of the moment. Impulsive. Women don't just wake up and say "I'm running for office." They go through a planning stage, questions & answers, decisions, inquiries and a conclusion. Men just, do. Idk why. It just is.

  2. Well men are statistically more prone to "rash" and "decisive" actions then women. Some men just wake up some day and say "I'm running for mayor." Likewise, I'm sure more men wake up and decide "this is it for me." Why that is, is another question.
