  2.  @EthelredHardrede-nz8yv You’re correct on there intelligence, but goats veracious appetite is unworldly. It is somewhat common these days for herds of goats to be the alternative to brining in labor owes to cut grass because goats eat EVERYTHING gladly.

  4. Pre-WW2 there was actually a good amount of lamb and goat production in USA. A holdover of the British. But during WW2 lamb was processed, canned, and shipped out for GIs to eat. So, many of those GIs came back to the states after the war REPULSED by lamb 🐑. In their head it was a horrible product. So lamb production basically tanked. And this is the theory of why lamb isn’t popular in the US anymore
