Look I'm sorry if you order a curry at a restaurant and someone you know and are eating with makes fun of you for ordering "mild" you either need to bulk up and build up a spice tolerance so you can eat the spiciest meal ever, or you need to relax and just brush off the annoyance. If someone makes fun of you for ordering a "Mild" curry you might have a weak mindset. When that happens next time just take a breathe and ask the person "what are you doing?" It's not difficult. You might just need to eat food around different people
