  2. I actually like the idea of this.  But i hardly see this as an entire meal replacement. The product seems to lack much fat or cholesterol which is necessary for the body. It seems to contain all the other necessary nutrients that a body needs. You'd still need to have a sit down dinner every 2-5 times a week to balance it all out.
