And if a STATE wants to raise taxes, include BC on insurable items, expand medicare coverage, provide more money for fixing our ailing infrastructure, legalize weed, increase the minimum wage, and put in more regulation they should be allowed. It's medically viable to help cancer and AIDS patients out. As you put it: "a bureaucrat from DC should not dictate a local business or citizen in Ohio of what to do." Funny enough, congress (the right) blocked all funding for DC residents to legalize weed itself.
