  2. So by that logic, shouldn't we ban Muslims as they might commit a terror attack, or rape teenagers?? Or how about banning cars and trucks as someone may run someone over with one. Licencing would ensure that not everyone would be able to own particular breeds, blanket bans just punish others for the stupid ones.
