  15. Go Safe is a partnership between local authorities, "safety" organisations and the police, they are manned usually by ex-police officers or police office staff. They dress the vans up to look like police vehicles but they aren't (and it doesn't stop them from hiding the markings). Basically its another cash point for the local authorities, they are rarely around at school times and are most likely to be around when people are travelling from work. Go Safe used to be known as Arrive Alive, I kid you not.
