  6. You notice how Matt has changed his statement from "most of those in hospital are those that have not been vaccinated" to "appear to be". When Matt stated this when talking about cases in Bolton, 19 cases in total and 5 had been vaccinated including 1 that had had both. That is not what I would call effective.
