  3. Covid cases have been falling since January. According to government officials, the vaccine takes at least 5 weeks to have any effect. Bear in mind that the vaccine apparently is at it's most "effective" after a second dose, there simply hasn't been enough time for the vaccine to have any effect. Covid is following the same seasonal patterns as the flu and given how the flu seems to have disappeared, there might be a clue there somewhere.
