@mestrong .Terrorizing & beating people isn't a way to discipline and teach, That was the problem, stupid parents didn't know the difference so it became against the law to even discipline. No Kid should have to fear a parent that is abuse

This kid will be set free and charges dismissed. The Police didn't obtain a proper search warrant to search for a weapon. This same thing just happened in Indianapolis yesterday. kid went home for this reason. I don't make the laws i just know what they are I believe these cases are fouled on purpose and only desire is to bring awareness to these issues. 3 decades they have worked damn hard at creating this society n culture for us all anyone 45 or older should be able to clearly see this

@richardsmith8342 . Police still need to follow the law. Trust me on this one. Still need a warrant for legal judicial purposes. It'll be dismissed quickly at trial

@richardsmith8342 .Well ok, I just seen the same circumstances in 2 different trials in 2 different city's and in both cases the judges dismissed the cases on grounds that the juveniles rights were violated. But I guess you know more then them perhaps & I'm no law expert

@richardsmith8342 . That's great but as I said before it was the same exact thing that happened here in this case. Mother gave the ok and the judge dismissed it. Maybe I didn't make that clear. It's all so confusing to me. That is why I am confused

@galndixie .Wait n Watch what happens once it goes to Trial. These same type of Trials are happening now everywhere. It's programming for our minds It's what programs do - They worked hard for 3 decades creating this society n culture we have. Those who create it aren't stupid, It's done for a reason. It won't go away overnight but they'll change it back it'll just take lots more Programming of the minds to get it back
