And yes, having lived in London (UK), Geneva, Oslo, Frankfurt, Milan, Senia, Bath, Singapour and even Dubai... ... much more sensible... ... although Dubai has some "yellow" that often also has a small local sports/shopping complex that about half the "yellow" can sensibly walk to even in the summer's afternoon... ... and to lower the through traffic in these areas in Dubai - the road network is a series of independent community webs with no "straight through runs" the other streets that are those major linkages between communities are often 100% offices/hotels above retailers/bars/restaurants/gyms/medical centres, etc.
