We don't need lessons from you on how to properly manage a state. Besides, if everyone did their fair share other European countries like Greece and Italy wouldn't be in problems. Portugal is exactly like the stereotype they portray about migrants, you like to profit from the money and advantages, but don't want to commit. The only way to manage it, is to vet them at the transit countries: Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal. But some countries seem to like to let them pass and let the other countries handle it....
