  1. As a Belgian we must say that the Netherlands is doing a very good job for us: young educated students are coming from the Netherlands because of the lower prices here.

  2.  @bashdance  In Belgium there are less rules that protect nature. A common saying is "De Belg heeft een baksteen in de maag", in the past the government encouraged Belgians massively to build. But after the recent floods there will be more laws and in 2030 we'll have a total ban of building new homes... It is also getting expensive hete but not at the rate of the Netherlands.
