  1. The Middle East lives of import, if other nations war more up causing failed seasons the Middle East will not able to import much food.That is why most Arabians tribe before the Oil were Nomads.

  2.  @dod-rw9xl  It would have a little bit of green area's but most Gulf states are fully built, it is just impossible for the Gulf states to grow their own food. Qatar, Bahrein, Yemen, Oman, and the UAE are too little and fully built. Saudi Arabia will never have enough vegetable land to feed those mouths. Saudi Arabia has some projects but it costs millions a day to run farms. This weird thing isn't only in the Middle East, you should look up: Algeria Sahara snow. It would make it more easier to live there ,that is a good point
