I can give you proof that in the USA most people who go to college are people of another country.   7.  @overtonpendulum2071  It is largely proven IQ depends on your education. Since in most cases African countries have up to no education, I am not shocked their IQ is lower. How can Nigerian immigrants (whose parents are unskilked workers) be so succesful in the USA? It’s not usually genetic, unless you have a specific problem such as Down’s Syndrome. It’s more commonly due to environmental factors such as the mother’s diet while pregnant, the child’s diet while growing up, and early training. You also have to remember that IQ tests don’t measure raw intelligence per se - they measure your verbal, mathematical, logical and spatial skiils. If you score highly on all of them then you are intelligent (if not necessarily sensible, which is a separate skill), but only logic is really a necessary component of intelligence. It is possible to be highly intelligent for some purposes and yet have your verbal, mathematical and spatial skills affected by dyslexia, disnumeracy and other innate wiring faults. You sound perfectly articulate and thoughtful, so I would guess that if you tested your IQ-component areas separately you would find that you had high verbal and logical reasoning, but poor mathematical and spatial skills. It’s also the case that IQ tests are often run against the clock, so it could be that you have good understanding, but for some reason are unable to do it as speed.
