  1. It isn't about the amount, it's about how they're spread like you said. All European countries put their labour migrants from the previous century (refugees and labour migrants aren't the same) in 1 centre, far from the natives. Belgium, the Netherlands and France are a beautiful example of it. There are parts in these countries where you can literally live a normal life by only speaking Turkish or Arabic, because the government preferred to create ghettos instead of doing a decent job.

  2.  @annestovgaard681  Wow, a very drastic solution but if it works it could be implemented by other countries. Personally I think not all diverse neighbourhoods are bad or should be uprooted, some even get a lot of tourists like the matongé district in Brussels, daily you can see eurocrats and tourists eating there.
