  1. Give examples then... Most of these colonial armies used whites to govern the colonies, whom they took away with them. And don't say infrastructure. It was planned too inneficiently for the natives and only to extract the country's resources as quickly as possible. Most colonial powers even destroyed that infrastructur, once they left their colonies...m​ @thenomad47
