@TheMonk952 Still sad to have a degree and be in a high position and yet feel so insecure... I wouldn't like him to be my doctor or lawyer.

@indusingh2013 1. Comparing obese and short people is a false analogy. Obese people can get thinner, short people are born short. 2. He isn't in the police or military, he said he has a high earning job and a good degree, so I assume he has a high position. So he clearly didn't need to do it. High positions require high responsibility and confidence. I wouldn't want him to make decision and him to be a colleague, nobody wants to work with a plant with no confidence in himself. Or this says a lot about Indian society or he is just an extreme example.
