  2. I'm diagnosed with multiple myeloma seven years now. In an out of regular chemo about half that time. Monoclonal antibodies last eighteen months. Started Vit D about 5 or 6 years ago because I wasn't getting enough sun because I was often ill from chemo and couldn't go out and was living on the sofa. I haven't had even a sniffle in seven years.
