  3. It's been a long battle since early childhood. Slowly learning to abandon black/white thinking has enabled me to move to more balanced thinking. But too much environmental stress has caused me to have cancer twice. The stupidity of societies attitude, indeed the psychopathic society we live in, can be injurious. Especially in the UK with its class distortions, it is cruel and crazy-making. We have to work on our own salvation with all the help we can muster. To learn to love and accept ourselves as unconditionally as we can.
