  1. The way they dished out the Midazolam during lockdown, the way the WFA was cancelled, and now "Assisted Dying", sends a very threatening message to the elderly, disabled and terminally ill. I don't agree with euthanasia in principle. Our government has not displayed much sign of ethics lately, lurching from one expedient to another and falling into that morally indefensible position where "the ends justifies the means", a purely Machiavellian notion and bound to be abused in a whole catalogue of ways, on the most vulnerable in our society. We live in a badly ethically adjusted time where our "Market Value" is the deciding value of us, as if human lives only matter if we are useful slaves to the system. We have sovereign value as Fully human, fully spiritually aware beings who are here for reasons that far transcend "Market Value". WE are the wealth of the Nation.
