  1. I think LTNs, even if installed, will be largely ignored as much as possible, maybe even sabotaged, fines and charges will be ignored most likely, some may even ditch their number plates. Brits are good at this kind of peaceful eluding of such impositions. They've been practicing since 1066! Lol! Love your videos Andy! I watch every day. Short, sweet and to the point!
