Hamas committed an atrocity by attacking Israel, but Israel has committed atrocities against the Palestinians, by occupying the land they have lived in for thousands of years, with the blessing of imperialist Britain and France (the Sykes-Picot agrement 1947).

Think about it... He doesn't belong in Rwanda, he doesn't fit in here, he has no sibling support, just him against the world, vulnerable: Islamism may have seemed like a good fit? Just my speculations.

@svans6725 The East End of London took a battering in WW2 and it was still in a tumbledown state with lots of bombsites in the 50s and early 60s.There was a huge shanty-town in Poplar and all over London crumbling 3-4 storey houses were occupied with whole families squashed into single rooms, with one toilet for the whole house and a cooker on the landing as the only form of kitchen. By the 70s things had improved a bit, but it was never a level playing-field for the working class. The curse on England is the class system, a feudal monstrosity that has outlived any relevance it may ever have had.

I think it is clear that Islamism is incompatible with Western Christian culture. I've got nothing against Muslim people but I have Christian origins and that can't be changed, or denied.

Remember the British are deeply reserved. A lot goes on behind the scenes. Admittedly, more Rons are in evidence than we would like.
