  12.  @finallythere100  certainly in the 1930s, there was a rivalry between Communism and Fascism. Democracy and captialism seemed to have failed and more radicial solutions seemed to be necessary. Younger people beleived in socialisim or communism and it seemed like the only way of feeding the masses and creating a new world.
