  1. The border is ‘closed’ at non check points, it’s just enormous and congress is holding up funding to make it worse to help Trump get elected. There’s video after video of people climbing the ‘wall’ which just seems to serve to prevent people returning to Mexico. And most illegal immigrants fly into the country and overstay rather than walk in.

  2. Willing to bet if the problem was just as bad but the previous president was in charge it’d be absent from the news. There’s an active effort to make the border worse to help with the presidential election, even though nothing has changed in the last 8 years.
