  4. Actually, I remember Donald Trump‘s book the art of the deal. He said that the best deals are always when both parties don’t get 100% what they want and walk away with some sort of a compromise and that you never 100% get what you want. That’s what I took from that book.And he was specifically referring to real estate deals back in his day and that’s how he would approach them. A lot of the things he’s doing today is like he did in his book but this what he is doing now is actually the opposite of his technique. Very strange.

  5. he used an aggressive voice, and made it deeper to intimidate. lower your voice, make it small and humble first of all.... second, don't park in a handicapped spot. Or don't claim you are the police as well...pick one or the other... truth is, he got busted being an a-hole by 2 other a-holes.
