  23. Let me get this right. Some person calling a cop and telling the cop to do a headshot and the cop does it? This is about animal control. The cop can protect the owner but has no rights to put down an animal that is the soul right and responsibility of animal control. Owners should both go to jail mother and daughter for illegally owning a pet that they shouldn't have. Also there is no 200 lb chimpanzee probably only 120.... Who is allowed to get away with this without lawsuit? Our charges against cop and lady filed. And is animal Control being fined for not showing up on time?
